The enterprise 
In 1984, desiring to form a family business, Mr.Marcel Lafleur created Boisés La Fleur with twelve employees (eight of which were related to him).
In 1993, Mr. Lafleur decided to retire from the company he founded, paving the way for a new partnership involving two of his sons and an ex employee of Placage Rustic (also owned by Mr. Lafleur).
A few years later, this same ownership acquired Spécialités Baieville , which also manufactures spliced faces.
Finally in 2007, Mr. Louis Lafleur became sole owner of both companies, at which time he made major investments in new machinery, and, at the same time his most important resource, his employees.
